Elite Tool & Design, Inc. has Daewoo CNC lathes with automatic bar feeders and a Haas CNC tool room lathe. Our maximum CNC Turning capacity is 13” diameter x 48” length.
Screw Machine
Our shop has a Citizen CNC screw machine with bar feeder. This machine uses support bushings while machining, ideal for turning long and narrow parts that could not be easily manufactured otherwise.
Conventional Lathes
The shop has an assortment of tool room and second operation machines, as well as a large conventional engine lathe. These machines allow us to turn parts of almost any size, length, and configuration.
